01

Small groups, real attention

Never more than eight reformers per class. Your instructor sees every rep, adjusts every spring, and stays with you through the sequence.

02

A method for every body

Foundation classes for beginners, strength work for regulars, and prenatal, postnatal, and rehabilitative programming when you need it.

03

A studio that feels like home

Natural light, oak floors, olive trees, quiet. Ten minutes from the center, a world away from it.

Classes

A method, not a workout.

Reformer sequences that build strength without impact, taught in small groups with hands-on cueing.

Questions

Before your first visit.

I've never done Pilates. Where do I start?
Book Reformer Foundation, or a Private Session for the first visit. You will learn the equipment and the basic repertoire before joining group classes.
What should I wear?
Comfortable athletic clothing without zippers or metal detailing (they can catch on the reformer). Grip socks are required and available at the studio.
How far in advance can I book?
The schedule opens two weeks in advance. Popular class times fill quickly, particularly mornings and evenings.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before class. Later than that, the class is charged in full.
